Amour Recruitment are recruiting for a number of Welsh Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our multi award winning contact centre who are just on the outskirts of Cardiff and Newport

Currently, we are looking for start dates in June. We do require flexibility between the hours of 8am - 9pm Monday - Saturday, with a Sunday between 11am and 6pm.

We are looking for bilingual English and Welsh speaking individuals who want to work in an exciting, and energetic environment and have a real passion for delivering excellent customer service.

The Role...

You’ll be key to making sure that the service that they give to their customers is first class.
This is an inbound role, meaning you will take incoming calls from customers. These calls can be vast and varied, keeping it interesting.
We don’t ask for you to have prior Call Centre experience… we do ask for a passion for great customer service,and particularly interested if you have worked in the care sector. If you want a job where you can learn a lot and develop your career in a company that’s growing then come and work with us.

We’re looking for the following behaviours from our applicants:

Empathy – To help them achieve their vision of being market leaders we want people to work for them who are naturally a good communicator. Being both able to listen and respond accordingly, making clear to their customer how important they are to them.
Reliability – It’s a simple one, but it’s important to them that they can depend on you to do your best in your role. They'll support you with a great learning journey and support from your Team Leader, they expect you to use that to deliver to a high standard.
Initiative – If you see something that needs fixing, raise it, be part of implementing the fix. They're constantly looking at ways to make things better.

Enthusiasm – Working in a contact centre isn’t always the easiest place to work, they’re fast paced and ever changing. It’ll be important that you’re happy to embrace these changes and stay resilient.
