Amour Recruitment are proud to be working exclusively with this local business who are looking to employ an experienced administrator in their offices in Wokingham. This role is mainly working from home but you must be prepared to visit the office once/twice a week or when required.

Duties will include:

  • Proactive management of loans and renewals
  • Management of work inbox
  • Raise/process quotes and purchase orders
  • Tracking customer orders
  • Responding to all customer queries in relation to their loaned items

To be successful in this role you must have the following skills/attributes:

  • Strong PC skills using a range of MS packages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good customer service experience and skills
  • Keen eye for attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to manage own time effectively

Hours are 0900-17.30 Monday to Friday. Free parking and great staff benefits are offered. Salary £18,500 - £19,500 plus £150 per month discretionary bonus scheme!!

This role is start as soon as possible and is offered as a work from home role with a view of moving to being in the office 2 days a week.
