Amour Recruitment are proud to be working with this dynamic company based in Portsmouth seeking a Turkish Speaking Customer Support Co-ordinator.
Duties include:
- Raising Quotes and Sales orders
- Order Status Reporting
- Proactive approach in following up on recent orders placed and received
- Creating Customer Invoices
- Production and maintenance order status reports
- Regular review of current accounts and practices, to seek areas of improvement
- Proactive Co-ordination & liaison between logistics, customer, third party function & other staff
Required:
- Strong PC skills using a range of MS packages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience of working both on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Extensive customer service experience and skills
- Able to work under pressure and think on your feet
- Able to juggle numerous tasks at any one time
- Excellent Organisational Skills, able to manage own time effectively
- Ability to work at a fast pace, but still ensuring a high standard
- You will have a keen eye for attention to detail, with the ability to think quickly and outside the box.
