Amour Recruitment is recruiting for a Transport Administrator  to join a fab client based in Portsmouth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of daily activity reports.
  • Proactive communication with clients.
  • Handling customs declarations/documentation.
  • Organise and book ferry crossing for logistic operation.
  • Maintain compliance records for driver/vehicle safety.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Transport/Fleet Management environment is desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure is essential.
  • Strong comprehension of Microsoft office software.
  • Excellent communication skills

Hours: 08:00-16:30 Monday to Friday

Salary: £24,000 -£26,000

Benefits: Company Pension, Life Insurance, Health Care Cover, 4 weeks holiday rising to 5 weeks after a year completion.
