Amour Recruitment is recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join a fab client based in Portsmouth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of daily activity reports.
- Proactive communication with clients.
- Handling customs declarations/documentation.
- Organise and book ferry crossing for logistic operation.
- Maintain compliance records for driver/vehicle safety.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Transport/Fleet Management environment is desirable
- Ability to work under pressure is essential.
- Strong comprehension of Microsoft office software.
- Excellent communication skills
Hours: 08:00-16:30 Monday to Friday
Salary: £24,000 -£26,000
Benefits: Company Pension, Life Insurance, Health Care Cover, 4 weeks holiday rising to 5 weeks after a year completion.
