- Commitment to establishing customer’ needs
- Good telephone manner
- Good listening, numerical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able to close business
- Being sales and goal oriented
Making proactive calls establishing the customers’ needs using questioning techniques with a view of securing business against target.
- By using questioning and listening skills to make a judgement on the best solution or action to the customer’s needs whilst operating within the company guidelines and requirements you will serve the needs of the customers and provide an excellent customer experience.
- Be proactive and proficient in promoting their products, services and solutions at all times.
- Desirable but not essential to have 1 years experience in a customer service/telesales role within a contact centre environment.
