Role: Telesales Executive
This position would suit a keen and motivated candidate who wants to develop their career within a dynamic and ambitious company in Bridgend.
Due to further expansion plans, we are currently looking to recruit motivated and ambitious Customer Sales Support Executives who possess the drive to succeed. A prominent part of this role is to support customers with the finding of suitable car finance solutions for your customers. As a business we operate in a regulated sector, full training will be given to obtain full knowledge of the industry. The role will involve inbound and outbound calls to customers. This will not be a hard sell position and you will not be under pressure to make sales. My client is proud to operate as an ethical provider of their service and encourage exceptional customer care.
We are looking for:
- Previous telesales experience.

Basic Salary £16,000 per year plus commission. Expected OTE if minimum target achieved is £25,500 per year. My client is proud to demonstrate that everyone in the team took home more than £25,000 last year.
Incentives: Uncapped remunerations, targeted activities, ventures and rewards and business holiday to Amsterdam in October this year.
