Telesales Executive for Business Development

Our client is a leading office solutions provider based in Cardiff.

This role is a highly targeted outbound sales position, and they are looking for a dynamic individual to join their strong sales force.

You will be consulting with local organisations to generate qualified leads and appointments for the sales team to sell their products and service.

You will time manage the sales persons diary, as well as mange and update the CRM database, send letters and marketing materials to potential customers.

Job role

To consult with local organisations to generate qualified leads and appointments for sales team to enable the sales team to sell products to new business’.  

To effectively time manage a salespersons diaries.

To market the business and products & services to new business.

The generation of leads and appointments will come from calling business’ from our CRM in the designated geographical area and may involve B2B canvassing.

The individual will be required to contact such business’ professionally within their business hours.

The individual will be required to accurately and regularly, manage and update the CRM database, send letters and marketing materials to potential customers via email, social media or post.

The CRM database must be regularly updated to monitor contact, activity, prospects and future business opportunities.

Completion of internal forms.

The individual will be required to attend meetings & activity sessions when requested.

 

The individual may be occasionally required to perform business duties outside of their job description if deemed necessary by a Director of the company.

 

Working Hours – 9am to 5pm

Office Based – Cwmbran 

Area – Bristol and GL Postcodes

Market – Commercial, Government (including education), charities

Sales Target, Area and Market is subject to changes at Directors discretion

Basic Salary: £17,000

                             + 10% commission on Gross Profit generated via appts. = £24k OTE 

 

It is required for the candidate to be open for the position to develop into a field sales position and a significant increase in basic salary to reflect this. 

 

Due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit an Business Development Telesales  to join the expanding Sales Team. Working alongside the external sales team you will be responsible for making outbound calls to new prospects along with proactively building and maintaining relationships with existing customers along with constantly updating the companies CRM database. You will be selling a wide range of printing products. You will work collaboratively with the field sales and telesales teams. You will receive leads from these teams to support with your new business generation and in turn you will support these teams with their sales targets via lead generation.
