Amour Recruitment is looking for an experienced Support Administrator, to join our clients friendly and high performing project management team based in Portsmouth. You will currently be working remotely.
You’ll be an experienced Administrator who’s looking for your next challenge with excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate clearly across all levels.
Duties include:
- Raising Quotes and Sales orders to agreed SLA’s
- Order Status Reporting
- Proactive approach in following up on recent orders placed and received
- Creating Customer Invoices
- Production and maintenance order status reports
- Proactive Co-ordination & liaison between logistics, customer ,third party function & other staff

Knowledge of Excel, Word and other Office 365 applications is a must.
This is a Fixed term contract for 6 months
Salary is £21,500 pro-rata
