Amour Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading Financial Services provider based in the Temple Meads area, who are looking to add Team Leader to their Wealth Services team on a permanent basis. Successful candidates will lead and manage a team that deals with account openings and closures, stock transfers and payments out for the Wealth management side of the business.

This role is ideal for a current Team Leader looking for a new challenge with a well established, international company with exciting growth plans for 2022!

 

The Role:

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage the day to day running of the account opening and payments and transfer teams
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement in the team by improving client experience and outcomes
  • Performance management
  • Ensure the team have an up-to-date library of procedure guides and policies, which are regularly reviewed and updated
  • Assist team member with complex case work, utilising industry and product knowledge
  • Effectively build & manage collaborative relationships across the business
  • Ensure a transparent suite of management information (MI) is available, regularly updated and shared with relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure that adequate risk management and controls are in place across Wealth Servicing

 

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Wealth management
  • Product/technical knowledge
  • Proven ability to train, coach and develop others
  • Demonstrable people management skills & experience
  • Relevant industry qualifications (CII or CISI Level 3+)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Undergraduate degree preferred but not essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

 

This is an office based role, based in Central Bristol near Temple Meads train station and hours of work are Mon-Fri 0900-1730.
