Amour Recruitment is proud to be working for this fantastic organisation who is seeking a Service Manager based in Poole.
You will be required to run an efficient and professional operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Responsible for 9 members of staff. Monitor and control daily DOC requirements and targets, customer updates, invoicing and queries. Carry out Depot audits to ensure the operation is fully compliant with H&S/ISO standards. Identifying and implementing training needs for all staff. Ensure robust group standardised policies are carried out and adhered to.
Must have technical background in automotive industry and will have a track record in the Service Department as either a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6 pm and every other sat am 8 to noon, salary range 36 to 38 K with additional realistic KPI targets and benefits of a further £6000.
