Amour Recruitment is seeking a Service Manager to join our clients Operations Team based near Southampton.

You will be responsible for the productivity, day to day progress and reporting for their service desk and related services.

Duties include:

  • Updating service methods to improve overall efficiency
  • Strategically plan for continued growth and emerging technologies on the Service Desk
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Ensure SLAs and contractual commitments are delivered
  • Instructing customers on how their solutions work
  • Support Account Managers during service reviews
  • Identify and provide training across the company to improve our service function
  • Resolving any service problems and owning customer complaints
  • Measure performance using appropriate systems and produce monthly customer facing service packs
  • Participate in service reviews for key clients to discuss service performance
  • Creating and presenting regular reports for senior management
  • Participate in regular meetings 

To be successful you would have a great educational and technical background, preferably in the field of supporting SaaS, ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex issues, customers, and work streams. Be a strong negotiator to influence progress for service issues that require development work or escalated support with excellent listening and communication skills
