Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to work for our client based in Swindon.
Duties include:
- Meet and greet customers in person and on the phone.
- Dealing with any resulting queries to completion via telephone or email and general office duties.
- Raising T cards for all bookings and creating jobs.
- Daily monitor and weekly full WIP check to ensure all jobs are located and correctly coded
- Obtaining orders numbers to include authorisation of work and regular progress updates.
- Liaise with the workshop controller to notify of work arriving in the workshop waiting to be commenced.
- Planning of scheduled servicing and tacho/MOT bookings including customer contact.
- Ensuring compliance documents are uploaded and completed correctly.
- Completing night board and confirming customer attendance.
- Ensure all keys passed through the reception area are correctly tagged with the vehicle registration.
- Monitor, log and control the use of the courtesy vehicles.
- Request and maintain insurance paperwork relating to those customers who use courtesy vehicles.
- Processing and checking retail invoice costing, including texting of jobs and to invoice standard.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Every third Saturday 8am to 12 noon.
There is a requirement for a later finish on last working day of the month to ensure all jobs are invoiced- Holiday – 20 day plus 8 Bank Holiday’s (Pro rata in first year), increases with service; Nest pension scheme, holiday increases with time served, month performance review, Uniform will be provided, and free parking is offered.
