Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrator to work for a growing company based in Swindon.

Ths role will really suit someone seeking a back office, admin heavy type role.

Duties include:

  • Creating daily, weekly and monthly invoices
  • Raising Job Packs
  • Updating weekly spreadsheet for customer requirements
  • Updating customer costings on portals
  • Monitor stock parts, stock checks and ensuring parts are on jobs being costed
  • General Office duties

Personal requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly organised,with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the automotive, engineering or manufacturing industry would be an advantage.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.30 pm with ½ an hour unpaid lunch

Salary: £29,000 - £32,000

Benefits: 29 Days Holiday (including Bank Holidays), Free Parking, Company Pension Scheme, 6 month performance review.
