Amour Recruitment is seeking an Administrator to join our small, friendly team based in Havant.
Duties include:
- Managing all customer enquiries via telephone and emails
- Logging scheduled maintenance calls and allocating engineers
- Uploading documents to a customer web-based system
- General administration
Person specification:
- IT literate MS Office
- Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Eye for detail, whilst multi-tasking
- Understand sensitive GDPR information and work with discretion
Salary: £25,000
Hours: Monday to Thursday 0800-1700 finish at 4pm on Friday
