Our client  is a family run business who are celebrating their 32nd year of trading this year. It is an exciting time to be joining Sparks as our business continues to grow. 


We are looking for a candidate with enthusiasm and a dynamic personality who will share our energy and passion and contribute to our ongoing success.  You need to be pro-active, take pride in what you do, a willingness to learn and be engaged with training and an interest in pursuing a career within our industry. 


Duties will include-

Creating daily, weekly and monthly invoices

•Invoice queriesare dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner

•MOT and Service sheets for customer and following their order number system in line with their requirements

•FM & Warranty systems and processes, including scanning jobs to FM depot at head office and dealing with any queries they need further information on

•Using DMS and R2C computer systems

• Raising Job Packs

•Monitor stock parts, stock checks and ensuring parts are on jobs being costed

•Creating jobs for sub let invoices


•General Office duties
