Service Administrator

Amour Recruitment is looking for an experienced Service Administrator to work for our well-established client based near Southampton.    

This is a busy and challenging role and covers a wide range of duties to include:

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Answer and direct all incoming telephone calls
  • Processing and checking retail invoice costing
  • Raising creating job cards
  • Ensure all keys are passed through the reception area are correctly tagged with the vehicle registration
  • Monitor, log and control the use of the courtesy vans/company vehicles. 
  • Request and maintain insurance paperwork relating to those customers who use courtesy vehicles. 
  • Raising customers invoices and ensuring the correct efficiencies are maintained

Salary circa £24,000 (depending on experience, can be negotiable)

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, every third Saturday 8am to 12 noon. Uniform will also be provided. Free parking
