Our client is located in the Portsmouth area
On a daily basis you will:
- Arranged and attended viewings
- Register and manage applicants
- Liaise and negotiate with clients and purchasers
- Canvass for new business opportunities
- Meet and greet customers both face to face and over the phone
- Introduce new properties to applicants
Requirements:
- Car driver essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills required
- You must have a full, clean UK licence, & own car preferred
- You will have good interpersonal and people skills
- You will be articulate
- You will thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment
- You will be proactive and willing to go the extra mile
- Previous residential sales experience essential
- You will be well-presented and professional in appearance
- Covering Portsmouth and the surrounding areas
