Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a well-established company who due to growth is seeking a Sales Advisor/Account Manager based at their office in Dartford.
This role would suit someone who is always keen to learn, driven with a “can-do” attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and support customers by processing orders and advising re delivery status etc
- Identify and actively pursue sales and order building opportunities
- Proactively follow up enquiries and capture sales Leads & Opportunities
- Actively promote sales campaigns, promotions and initiatives
- Follow up customer complaints/non-compliances via the in-house system
- Handle warranty claims and product return.
Personal Requirements:
- Excellent telephone sales skills
- Good business acumen
- Confident with MS office
- Knowledge of shipping/maritime would be an advantage.

- Out of hours phone £100 per week plus additional on public holidays of £50 each day .This is on a Rota basis.
Hours: Monday to Friday 0830-1730
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
