Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Administrator for our client based in Swindon

The purpose of the job is to prepare, produce and process all new and used sales related documentation in order to support the day-to-day work of the Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities whilst extensive is not exhaustive:

  • Full control of Sales Administration for new vehicles
  • Ensure systems and methods are in place in all administrative matters relating to vehicle sales
  • Ensure all orders and invoices are submitted by the Sales Team in compliance with legal and manufacture regulations
  • Ensure departmental procedures are followed
  • Chase orders through Body Shop to ensure work carried out in a timely manner
  • Customers and Salesman are fully updated of the process throughout
  • Ensure accurate records are kept, updated and filed accordingly
  • Update customer data base on CRM
  • Deal with incoming enquires and passing on sales leads
  • Liaise with workshop and raise jobs for vehicle preparation
  • Ensure vehicles are registered and taxed and all documentation is prepared for vehicle customer hand over
  • Attend Sales meetings and take minutes of the same
  • Update spreadsheets daily
  • Run weekly and year to date reports
  • Other duties at management/director request
  • You will also be in regular communication with the Renault Team which is based in Warwick
  • You maybe required to attend other locations for meetings and to take minutes

The successful applicant will also have good interpersonal skills and have the ability to work under pressure, use your own initiative and work with limited supervision. You will be responsible for all aspects of new truck stock control, including ordering and dealer transfers.

Must be organised, disciplined, high level of accuracy and have a strong understanding of spreadsheets, able to work in a fluid way and evolve to requirement.  Must be a team player.

Attention to detail is a must.

Hours are 8.30 am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday inclusive with ½ hours unpaid lunch.
