Key Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound queries by phone & email
- Dealing with administration
- Updating a CRM
- Follow up with customers
- Booking appointments
Personal Requirements:

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1700
Salary: circa £22,000 (can be negotiable for the right candidate)
