Amour Recruitment are currently looking for a Sales Administrator for our client based in Bedwas.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a family-run company who are expanding rapidly and looking to bring additional resource in to support that growth.

 

The role of Sales Administrator will include:

  • Answering the telephone and dealing with incoming enquiries
  • Prospecting for any opportunities by telephone and email
  • Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with new and existing customers
  • Updating records on the data management system and managing call back activity
  • Coordinating and issuing quotations - including gathering information from suppliers and keeping customers informed
  • Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls effectively and dealing with a wide range of customers

 

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Experience in a similar Sales role
  • Experience with and good knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Good admin background
  • Confident and outgoing attitude with the ability to engage with customers new & old
  • Good standard of written English
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi task and prioritise workload
  • Good team player

 

The salary for this role is £21,000 per annum and the hours of work are 0800-1630 Mon-Thurs with an early finish (3pm) on a Friday.
