Amour Recruitment is proud to be working for this fast-growing local business, who is now seeking a Retail Sales/Customer Service Advisor to work initially on a temporary basis with the view of going permanent.
Responsibilities:
- To receive & answer inbound sales enquiries (no cold calling!)
- Processing customer orders.
- Provide detailed knowledge of products & services to clients to give them the best solution
- Maximise all sales opportunities & record all relevant information.
- Provide customers accurate & cost -effective quotations
Candidate Qualities & Experience:
- Previous Call-Centre & Face to Face selling would be desirable.
- Confident – able to respond to customer questions & resolve any issue promptly.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to self-motivate.
Salary £18,000 to £20,000 + Uncapped Commission (depending on experience)

Hours are 0900-1700 Monday to Friday
