Amour Recruitment are looking for a Recruitment Administrator, to join our awesome client based in London.

Duties include:

  • Reporting on both permanent and contract recruitment activities, with a focus on the number of contractors, contract extensions and financial information.
  • Supporting the recruitment team with MI (management information) reports.
  • Processing contractor extensions.
  • Help to maintaining a recruitment database.
  • Advertising jobs and ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
  • Scheduling candidate interviews, including co-ordinating dates & times with the relevant hiring managers.
  • Co-ordination of pre-employment screening and security checks for new contractors.

Experience in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word to an intermediate level is essential

We’re looking for someone with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. Experience isn’t essential, but you must be a fast learner and be willing to grow and develop.
