Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Officer to support the achievement and maintenance of a wide range of external standards and accreditations across several industries for our client based near Petersfield.

This will involve reviewing company documentation, ensuring their practices align and identifying areas for improvement.  You’ll also take a proactive role in internal and external audits. 

Duties include:

  • Support quality and compliance across the business.
  • Identify areas for improvement in quality and compliance across all departments, through internal processes and document reviews, observations, audits, etc.
  • Actively participate in external audits through preparation of evidence, including attendance at meetings where required.
  • Control and maintain all internal documents and procedures within the Integrated Management System in line with the relevant external standards.
  • Conduct regular internal audits on the Integrated Management System, reporting findings and recommendation for improvements to your line manager.
  • Proactively keep up to date with Legislation and Standards, communicating relevant changes to the Directors.
  • Produce documents for the SHEQ system and implement policies and procedures as required.
  • Analyse data, identifying and reporting trends and KPI’s across the business, as required.

 

The successful candidate must be experienced in producing company documents and have excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Excel.

Hours are 0900-1700 Monday to Friday. Salary up to £28,000. Free parking offered.
