Our client are an outstanding manufacturer based just on the outskirts of Cardiff, and we have an opportunity to join their accounts team as a Purchase Ledger Clerk.

Salary £20,000 per annum with a host of great benefits!

Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week with a hybrid WFH option 2 days per week

Duties and responsibilities to include

  • Managing supplier accounts by promptly processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements;
  • Processing expenses;
  • Check the database for defective material reports and debit the supplier accordingly;
  • Answer queries and liaise with varying departments and suppliers to resolve promptly and efficiently;
  • Processing of expense and supplier BACS payments; and ad hoc payments via Online Banking
  • Filling;
  • Stamping of post;
  • Raising and checking of purchase orders to ensure compliance with internal policies and correct authorisation;
  • Review of VAT

Any additional administration support for the department.
