Amour Recruitment is currently recruiting for Factory Assistant for our client in Portsmouth on a permanent basis!
Your role as an assistant would be working alongside production leads with the mixing and labour side of the production process. This role is very labour intensive and will require some graft!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring production recipes are produced correctly and to customer specification
- Ensuring the Red Area Team has products available to pack at all times, to ensure the production plan is met
- Using production processing equipment/machinery correctly & safely.
- Stripping, cleaning and reassembling processing equipment/machinery, in the specified time, to ensure the smooth running of production
- Maintaining food handling & allergen handling standards
- Taking ATP swabs, recording results and flagging failures
- Completing process sheets
- Completing daily paperwork
Character Requirements:

- Happy with labour intensive tasks
- Flexible team player
This role is Monday to Friday, working on an rotating rota of 0500-1400 & 0900-1800
