Procurement Administrator

Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking Procurement Administrator.

This role is offered as Hybrid (3 days at home and 2 in the office, but can look at 1 in the office if needs be) based in Portsmouth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise quotes and sales orders
  • Create customer invoices,
  • Create, update and maintain catalogues
  • Set up suppliers cards ERP system
  • Provide high level of after sales support for agreed customer accounts

Personal Requirements:

  • SAP experience would be highly desirable
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle numerous tasks
  • Experience in the procurement or financial sector preferred but not essential

Hours: Monday to Friday, 0900-1730

Salary: £23,000
