Amour Recruitment are working with an international business in London. We have a unique opportunity for a Travelling Personal Assistant to join this business. This role will require approx 75% international travel.
Salary circa £30K
This role will be exceptionally demanding, and will suit someone who has experience of dealing with high level executives, government officials and CEO's. It will require a great deal of flexibility as the CEO travels constantly and will need their PA to be available to respond to urgent messages and will often travel ahead of the CEO to ensure preparations are going to plan for the CEO's arrival.
Daily liaisons and frequent communication will be required with the CEO's EA who is based in HQ London.
The ideal candidate will be extremely organised and have experience of organising meetings and co-ordinating resources for those meetings.
You will be extremely organised, pro-active, discrete and a real team player.
Duties:-
- Coordinate travel plans and agenda with the EA in Head office
- Record and monitor commitments made by the CEO during trips
- Attend weekly Management team meetings, completing minutes and items to follow up
- Monthly travel schedule reporting for budget planning and control
- Ensure all appropriate collateral is ready to support trip agendas

- Experience in dealing with online and traditional media organisations and journalists an advantage
