Amour Recruitment are an independent Recruitment Consultancy who work across 3 specialist divisions, Office & Professional, Industrial & Driving and Contact Centres.  We are recruiting for 2 Recruitment Resourcers to join our team in Caerphilly.

The ideal candidate is someone with a positive attitude, has great attention to detail, organised and able to work well under pressure.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • To work with the recruitment team to deliver strong administrative and customer service support, in relation to recruitment activity.
  • Delivering an end to end recruitment and selection process that exceeds the expectations of the company, as well as candidates and applicants.
  • Actively and pro-actively sourcing quality candidates across using various mediums and updating recruitment database
  • Liaising with successful/unsuccessful applicants
  • Collating delegates personal data
  • Managing compliance prior to applicants being offered roles

You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence:

  • The ability to multitask, to a high standard with exceptional attention to detail
  • Logical and methodical.
  • Team player with the ability to work alone.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft IT packages (Word / Excel / Email etc.)
  • Proven track record of good organisational skills, including managing workload effectively
  • Experience working in a similar role

Hours of work are 9.30 -2pm Monday to Friday in our offices in Caerphilly.

These roles are being offered initially on a temporary ongoing basis.
