We have an exciting opportunity for a committed individual to join our client in Southampton.
Working as a member of a transport team, you will be involved with the day to day communications with depots, drivers and customers.
Ideally the successful applicant will have previous experience in a pallet network organisation and have a flexible attitude to take on this role and thrive.
Candidates will need to have experience working within a Traffic Office although training will be given to the successful applicant.
Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays
Other key skills required are:
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels, in a professional and polite manner
• A confident telephone manner and an ability to work under pressure at times
• Geographical knowledge of the Southampton and surrounding post code area
• IT literate
• A "Think Customer" attitude
• Working on your own initiative to ensure a high level of Customer Service
