Operations Administrator – 6 month opportunity

6 month opportunity to get hands on experience at a growing Wealth Management firm. The role is initially temporary, but you can apply for other roles as an internal applicant. As a growing firm our client hope to retain all good candidates who wish to stay. People have entered their company this way previously and managed to open up career opportunities. ABOUT THE ROLE

Working in their fabulous Bristol team you will support their growing firm with data entry, client booking, general client administration, and build up knowledge of their backend systems. You must be comfortable with Excel and using our bespoke systems. Full training is given.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Preparing pre client meeting packs and policy valuation summaries for their Wealth Planners.
  • Printing and posting reports to clients after the meeting.
  • Data entry for clients (e.g. updating changes to address details).
  • Data maintenance aligned to policy valuations.
  • Speak with providers on the phone to chase information and progress cases.
  • Support our Letter of Authority (requests for policy information) process – ensuring the correct authorisations have been given.
  • Book client appointments to support our Wealth Planners in their schedules.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Full training given, primarily they require someone keen to learn, with confident excel skills, a can-do attitude, who wants to open up potential career opportunities.
  • Strong attention to detail is a must – their clients expect the best!
  • Intermediate Excel (V:Lookup; Pivot Tables).
  • Preferred if you have some experience completing administration in Financial Services/Financial Planning.
  • If you’ve used financial services systems before that would be great (e.g. IRESS, Xplan, etc...)
