Amour Recruitment is seeking an Office Manager who will be responsible for the efficient day to day functioning of the office through a wide range of administrative, financial and managerial tasks and also act as support to the Sales Director.

Duties include:

  • Experienced in managing the day-to-day administration of a busy sales office environment.
  • Responsible for ensuring all processes and procedures are followed on a day to day basis
  • Responsible for ensuring all costs of works (including parts) are allocated where applicable with auditable records.
  • Assisting with quarterly and annual stock take.
  • Raising job cards to sub-contractors and booking works as agreed with sales team.
  • Maintaining sales targets, overheads and enquires report required for weekly sales meeting.
  • Responsible for maintaining and keeping up to date the CRM system
  • Responsible for maintaining full and accurate diaries
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing staff weekend rota, holidays and lieu days
  • Managing calendars of sub-contractors
  • Responsible for ensuring the IT and communication systems run smoothly
  • Administration of company vehicles including booking servicing, repairs, MOTs and organising insurance.

Ideally you would have an excellent knowledge of office software including Sage, Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Calendar, Skype and the use of mobile apps including Whatsapp.

Have the flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to assist social events and open days.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience up to £29,000.
