Office Administrator

Amour Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with this national company who are looking for an Administrator to join their team based in Bradley Stoke.

Duties will include:

  • Answering the telephone and dealing with requests from clients and customers.
  • Opening the post each day, date stamping and recording all correspondence in a Post Log.
  • Preparing the outgoing post, ensuring all correspondence is signed, dated correctly and adequate posting costs are issued to the correspondence.
  • Processing, scanning, photocopying and filing documents as required.

Ideally you will have worked within an office administration position for at least a year and be an ambitious individual looking for career progression. You need to be a car driver and have a real “can do” attitude.

Hours are 0900-1730 Monday to Friday.
