Office Administrator

Amour Recruitment is on the lookout for Senior Administrators on behalf of our client based in Petersfield.


This administration position will have you working closely with a tight-knight sales and manufacturing team, providing support for international sales and helping with general office duties. If you have an eye for detail, and knowledge of customs processes, this could be the perfect role for you. Full training will be provided for any systems or processes you are not familiar with.



  • Performing administrative duties, updating systems with customer and order details.
  • Checking customer order details against payment information and product requirements.
  • Completing and submitting Import/Export documentation, to support international teams.
  • Creating invoices for customer orders.
  • Performing some general order quality checks.


Candidate requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in a dedicated administrative position.
  • Attention to detail, as detail checking is a key element.
  • Experience in using Sage (or similar) ideal.
  • Knowledge of Import/Export processes and documentation ideal.
  • A can do, team player attitude is essential.
