This will include reviewing phone, email and chat correspondence with customers, providing feedback on translation service and also advising on strength & weaknesses within the multilingual team.
You must be Fluent in speaking & writing English, German, French & Spanish, have strong attention to detail with intermediate / advanced analytic skills (excel, pivot tables)
