Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrator to work for our client based in Eastleigh on an ongoing temporary basis due to business growth. You will work with the Materials Manager to ensure on time delivery of Raw Materials being a point of contact for suppliers and maintaining a centralised group email.
Duties include:
- Entering details onto SAP so that internal customers can see the update of their delivery
- Running and monitoring due lists daily, chasing suppliers for latest updates
- Feeding back to the planning team regarding arrival times
- Upkeep of internal key Performance Indicators such as cycle counting, inventory valuation, aged stock etc
Microsoft Excel skills would be advantageous (including pivot tables, Vlookups etc). SAP Experience would be a bonus but not essential as training can be given.
Hours 08.30-1730 – Salary circa £23,000 – £27,000 depending on experience.
