Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for a Installation and Maintenance Technician on behalf of our wonderful client based in Farlington.
In this exciting, varied position, you'll assist the team with the installation and maintenance of technical systems on behalf of their clients, based across the south coast.
The role will see you travel on and off of ships, as well as working across multiple sites alongside your team. You'll need to be physically fit and have a can do attitude to support your team.
Responsibilities:
- Installation, Servicing and Repair of ships systems.
- Adhering to company Waste management and Health and Safety Standards.
- Ensuring work is delivered to company standards and to clients requirements.
Requirements:
- The ability operate machinery (specific training provided).
- Experience in working in Marine engineering is desired, though not essential.
- Willingness to undertake the following training programmes:
- Manual Handling
- Fire Safety
- Confined Spaces Entry/Sentry
- Environmental Spill control/response
Hours: 7:30-16:00 Monday to Friday
Salary: £28,000 to £32,000
