You will be part of a team that is the front line for customer support.
A strong bond between yourself and their team of engineers is essential as you will be responsible for dealing with customer issues and sending out an engineer to deal with any installation problems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide helpdesk service maintenance to all customers
- Administering all elements of out of hours calls systems
- Organise response to corrective maintenance requests within agreed timescales, making good decisions on engineer location , skill level and current workload.
Desired Skills:
- Ability to respond to demanding customers and challenging deadlines
- Organised with great attention to detail
- Able to use all microsoft packages
- Worked within a similar environment, handling engineer/helpdesk calls.
Salary: Upto £23K dependent on experience
Hours : Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5pm
Due to the location of the business you must have access to your own transport.
