Amour Recruitment is seeking a professional individual to work for our dynamic client based in Fareham.
The Lettings Negotiator is an integral role within their business and requires excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Duties include:
- Producing marketing materials and advertising available properties
- Updating social media accounts
- Keep applicant database up to date and send off relevant marketing particulars
- Conduct all viewings with interested applicants
- Taking inbound calls from tenants and clients, booking appointments
- Carry out the full referencing process
- Carry out and prepare all inventories ready for new move ins
- Assist the Property Managers with rental increases on renewals due
Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential to the role.
Hours 0900-1730 Monday to Friday, Salary basic £18,000 plus £7,000 OTE, excellent company benefits offered.
