Amour Recruitment are proud to be working with this well established business based in Wokingham who due to internal promotion is seeking an Sales Support Administrator.

 

Duties will include:

  • Picking up new enquiries
  • Matching specification to that of the customer requirements
  • Searching database
  • Sourcing equipment -Working with Procurement
  • Raising and sending quotes.
  • Processing new orders
  • Raising internal purchase order requests
  • Tracking orders for delivery and keeping customers informed
  • Raising Manual Invoices/Credits
  • Covering the sales floor when Sales meetings/courses etc take place
  • Updating CRM – adding new accounts and opportunities
  • Archiving old paperwork

Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic approach to interdepartmental projects
  • Organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to manage a number of different deadlines
  • Customer focused (internal/external)
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and CRM systems

 

Hours are 0900-1730, free parking, 25 days holidays plus various benefits.
