£18500 plus £150 per month bonus

Amour Recruitment is seeking an Internal Sales Support Administrator to start as soon as possible.  This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave. 

The position is home based with weekly / twice monthly visits or when required in the offices which is based in Wokingham.

Duties include:

  • Raising and sending quotes. Working with A/C Manager on final rental/sale pricing
  • Processing new orders
  • Ensuring requested delivery and collection dates are met
  • Tracking orders for delivery and keeping customers informed
  • Arranging Installs/De-installs
  • Raising fault logs/swap outs
  • Raising Manual Invoices/Credits
  • Raising collections
  • Updating Sales Force – adding new accounts and opportunities

The salary being offered is £18500.  After probation there is a discretionary commission scheme which is approximately £150.00 per month.  Hours are 0900-1730. Free parking offered whilst in the office.
