Amour Recruitment are recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to join an expanding sales force. Our client specializes in supplying automation parts for major manufacturing brands.
Job Title: Internal Sales Executive
Location: Bridgend
Salary: £24,000-£32,000 basic plus uncapped Commission
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday , Friday 8am-3pm
Role Purpose:
As an internal sales executive you will be responsible for all aspects of generating new business, and account management. You will be confidently building relationships with new suppliers generating sales and building your own portfolio of clients.
Role Responsibilities:
- Hitting the phone calling new and dormant customers to grow the account base.
- Hitting daily, weekly, monthly targets.
- Confidently building relationships and key decision makers building lasting relationships.
- Establishing a portfolio of repeat customers.
- Winning and growing business.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Business to Business sales experience
- Exceptional communication skills in all forms written and verbal.
- IT literate
- Experience of using a CRM system
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
