Amour Recruitment are proud to be working for an award winning business based near Farehamwho have an opening or an Internal Recruiter to join their recruitment team.

This role will involve supporting the team in the implementation of the HR strategy and recruitment projects. An Ideal position for someone who enjoys working with people, building rapport with ease, and who is looking to further their career within a vibrant office environment.

Main responsibilities will include the following:

  • Resourcing candidates for vacancies using job boards, LinkedIn and relevant networking opportunities
  • Conducting telephone screening of suitable applicants
  • Preparing interview paperwork and assessments
  • Assist in the setting up and facilitation of assessment days
  • Managing the interview procedure from start to finish, liaising with all parties involved to ensure a seamless and professional service
  • Providing reports to the Directors
  • Engaging with agencies on the preferred supplier list (PSL) when necessary
  • Assisting with the drafting of job specifications and job adverts
  • Maintaining candidate files both electronically and using the paper filing system

To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication skills and have worked within recruitment/ HR or internally within a resourcing role.
