Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to work for our award winning client based in Portsmouth.
The role is to manage environmental standards within the business including the following duties:
· Knowledge of the environmental standard to help maintain it effectively within the business.
· Implement solutions for the business to reduce and monitor our carbon footprint effectively.
· Chair CSR meetings and produce action plans and meeting minutes for the environmental standard.
- Chair internal audits recognising areas for improvement within processes, procedures and policies across the business.
· Record audits results in a full audit report and monitor performance against findings.
· Attend and chair external audits and present to external auditors to show compliance to certification.
· Ensure the business complies with internal regulations and established control procedures
· Examine documentation, including reports, statements, records and software, to gather information
· Reconciles documentation with actual inventory or assets to ascertain accuracy
· Present summarised findings concerning audit results and trends for internal groups and executives
· Experience implementing or maintaining Quality and Information Security Standard
Excellent knowledge of 9001 & 14001,complete audit preparations, scheduling and Non-conformance procedures is essential
