Amour Recruitment are delighted to once again partner with our client on this excellent opportunity to join their team as an Installation Administrator.

This role would suit someone who has prior experience in a commercial product related industry, has a highly detail orientated nature with excellent all-round administration skills. You will spend a lot of time liaising with engineers and third parties, so communication skills are also vital.


The Role:

  • Preparing documentation prior to delivery and installation of products in an efficient, concise and traceable manner
  • Gathering and managing relevant customer information to ensure installation process runs smoothly for customers
  • Communicating with Engineers, internal colleagues & departments and third party organisations
  • Processing and chasing outstanding documentation
  • Handling site questionnaires, permits and site access paperwork
  • Completing risk assessments and method statements in line with projects   


Our Ideal Candidate:

  • A good standard of education at GCSE level or equivalent
  • Previous order processing experience in a commercial product related industry
  • Previous experience from within a fast paced, pressurised environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Highly organised and methodical
  • A highly pro-active approach with the ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Possess a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to resolve problems and handle conflicting priorities
  • Confident yet friendly demeanour
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office Word / Outlook / Excel and database systems
