Our award-winning client is seeking enthusiastic individuals who will be responsible for managing the relationship with customers and suppliers through website or Inbound phone enquiries. 

Duties include:

  • Process online applications that are received directly from the Website and via inbound calls
  • Communicating with customers throughout the application process, via telephone and email
  • Receiving inbound calls from customers to discuss specific applications
  • Managing the customers’ expectations regarding delivery and completion time scales
  • Generating documents and dealing with any queries/questions regarding invoicing figures
  • Package the documents together to send to the payments team

To be successful you must possess high energy levels and be able to demonstrate excellence in best practice. Attention to detail is a must, with the ability to multitask.


Working shift patterns 37.5 hours a week between:


  • Monday – Thursday (9am-7pm) - Shifts start 9am / 9:30am / 10am
  • Friday – (9am-6pm) – Shifts start 9am / 9:30am
  • Saturday – 9am-5:30pm (1 in 4 Saturdays)
