Amour Recruitment is proud to be recruiting for an Import/Export Administrator, on behalf of our client based in Gosport!

As an Import/Export Administrator, you will be responsible for submitting and filing official customs documentation, for deliveries that come in and out of the warehouse. You will need to be able to multitask, as the job role will require you to use multiple systems simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Check and prepare customs documentation.

  • Manage and multitask multiple ordering systems.

  • Update information onto a live system.

  • Run Import invoicing and stock reconciliation reports.

  • Liaise with colleagues to ensure details and data are accurate.

  • Ensure compliance paperwork is created.

  • Chase up on shipments where required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Attention to detail when handling data.

  • Excellent written skills, with experience in preparing reports.

  • Experience/Knowledge of customs processes/documentation is essential.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy office environment.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week!
