Amour Recruitment is working exclusively for this local business looking to employ an Office Manager who will be responsible for HR related functions, Health & safety procedures, and facilities management for the office to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Duties include:

  • Staff recruitment: liaising with agencies, booking temps, writing job specs, advertising roles, interviewing, on boarding new staff etc
  • Assisting line managers with staff reviews
  • Dealing with disciplinary actions
  • Making sure the business is compliant with H&S, GDPR related issues and keeping all procedures up to date working closely with the General manager
  • Liaising with accounts colleagues to make sure bills are paid, i.e. gas/phone bills etc.
  • Ordering stationary, PPE, cleaning products etc
  • General administration and confidential work for management.

The role will start on a temporary basis for 12 weeks and then will go permanent, so you must be available to start immediately. Free parking is offered. Salary up to £25k for the right person.
