Amour Recruitment are delighted to once again partner with our client on this excellent opportunity to join their great HR team as a HR Administrator.

The successful candidate will work with and support managers and employees on a range of HR policies and processes, work on recruitment campaigns, carry out administrative tasks and maintain and update HR systems.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Working on recruitment campaigns for both temp and perm employees, managing the end to end process from advertisement to induction including administering contracts and offer letters
  • Conducting new starter and leaver processes including generating paperwork and conducting exit interviews
  • Monitoring Sickness & Absence Management process and ensuring managers are reporting correctly
  • Maintaining employee records on both T&A and HR database systems, including report generation
  • Reporting accurately on Performance Management and providing line manager support as required
  • Sourcing and booking appropriate training solutions for various departments
  • General ad hoc HR admin duties and payroll paperwork
  • Providing reception cover as & when required

 

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working in a varied and demanding administrative role within a HR department
  • Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous
  • Experience of working within a data sensitive department where confidentiality is essential
  • Exceptional all round administrative skills
  • Advanced working knowledge of the MS Office suite including Work, Excel & Outlook
  • Some knowledge or at least a demonstrable interest in HR
  • Previous working knowledge of database systems
