Amour Recruitment are proud to be working with our client a leading IT Supplier based in Southsea are looking for an experienced HGV II Driver ideally with warehouse and counterbalance forklift experience.
The role holder will be responsible for the Collection and Delivery of IT assets to and from Customers premises. This will include the removal of goods from buildings, the packaging and loading for transport back to Bell’s warehouse. Site to site transfers and the operation of Bell’s mobile shredding truck is a key function of this position.
- Carry out deliveries & collections in the UK and Europe
- Visit Customer sites, Pick, pack and load IT equipment for delivery to Bell.
- First line Maintenance checks of all fleet vehicles and keep records
- ITLM shredding, ETM and IT auditing onsite at customer premises and as required.
- General cleaning and maintenance of the shredder truck.
- General housekeeping, quality and safety in line with general working practices.
- VOSA compliance under the EU Working time directive and digital tachograph regulations.
- General tidiness and organisation of the Transports teams resource areas.
- FORS Accreditation compliance
Requirements:
- HGV II licence - Minimum of 6 months
- Valid CPC card
- Strong understand of WTD & Drivers hours
- No more than 6 penalty points, with no DD, DR, CD, DG, TT codes
